Sometimes when I am feeling depressed I write a list of all the things I am grateful for. Usually the list starts small and impossible to add on to, but often it keeps growing and getting longer. When it comes to changing your diet drastically for health reasons, it is important to appreciate all the millions of foods you can eat that don't have gluten/sugar/dairy. Here is my current list of foods I am grateful for:
